Three years of stowaways – the best of 2015

So this is it! Today, the 11th of July, Music for stowaways reaches its third birthday, with a shrug of the shoulders and only the small self-aggrandising celebration that you’ve put up with over the last few days!

Musically we’ve seen great recent solo returns from Martin L. Gore and Sarah Cracknell. On the blog, this year has already seen us bring our journey through the history of the BRIT Awards bang up to date, and now the Beginner’s guide series and history of the radio show Music for the Masses are edging towards their inevitable end points. So what’s next?

Well, when we celebrated this blog’s last birthday, I warned you that things might be about to change somewhat, as I was moving house and things were likely to get rather busy. Honestly I’ve struggled to find the time to keep the blog up-to-date in recent months, and it seems inevitable that sooner or later things are going to start unravelling. But for now, let’s make the most of it! Thanks for reading… to misquote someone dreadfully, let’s see what the next year holds; what tomorrow will bring.
